Arthur has over 40 years of professional experience with firms of public accountants, in Australia, Malaysia and Cambodia; and multinational companies listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

Arthur is active in the accountancy fraternity and is a former co-Chairperson of KICPAA’s Quality Assurance Committee. Arthur is also a member of the Tax Working Group with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia
